Health Services

Mrs. Jessica Wasco is the Kindergarten Center’s nurse, and is located in the front office area. Our full-time nurse provides a comprehensive school health program through health services, health counseling, and education. She also conducts periodic screenings and is the first stop for a band-aid or other first aid services. If changes are made regarding your child’s health record, please call our office for information regarding the appropriate procedure to be followed.

Medication Policy

Medication can be administered to children at school when necessary. Medication forms can be obtained at the nurse’s office. All medications must come in the original container. Students will not be allowed to keep medications in the classroom, carry medication to school, or transport medicine on the school bus. All medication is kept safely out of reach of students in the nurse’s office and is administered by an adult at the prescribed time.
