Work Permit

Please type directly into the document.

Email it back to kedgerton@biddefordschools.me with a copy of your child’s birth certificate to be processed.

Please state in the email that you give your student permission to work at the establishment and that will count as your signature if you don't have a way to print and scan back.

For the birth certificate: If you have an iPhone you can go to notes and click on the camera button and It will give you a scan option then you can email it from there.
