Program Info

Our mission is to educate all students to their highest level of academic achievement, to enable them to reach and expand their potential, and to prepare them to become productive, responsible, ethical, creative, and compassionate members of their community, aiming to encourage each student to be independent and develop a sense of responsibility for themselves and respect for others in the environment uplifting all people to lead lives filled with purpose and meaning.

Monday - Friday
8:30 AM - 2:50 PM

Student schedules are created according to Student IEP determinations, which are established based on goals and needs. Some students attend full time, some partial days. Up to age 22.

Areas of Concentration

  1. Educational/Academic - Offering instruction and real-world application of functional academics (e.g., reading a menu or bus schedule; math skills for budgeting and making purchases).

  2. Independent Living Skills (e.g., hygiene, cooking, cleaning).

  3. Employment (e.g., job exploration, resumes, soft skills, job acquisition).

Services & Supports

Bridges offers 180 days of programming based on each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Related services may include, but are not limited to,  Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Vision Services, Orientation and Mobility Services, and Behavioral Consultation. These services are provided based on the recommendations made by the members of each student’s IEP team.
